What helps me a lot is to create all kinds of routines for myself. You have to think, once and for all, about everything you have to do in terms of the day, the week, the month and the year, and create habits, which you may notice on your agenda. For example, every Tuesday, I phone my laundromat to pick up my laundry at 1:00 p.m. No more anxiety! I ask myself: "What do I do now?" as rarely as possible. So, I became a "habit machine" (with flexibility when necessary).
